Building community and developing friendship is very important to us. We have regular and special programs which enable us to come to know and appreciate one another more fully. These include:

• Coffee hour fellowship. After worship every Sunday, we gather for refreshments and a chance to visit.
• Potluck suppers and special luncheons. Throughout the year, we share special meals together: a Valentine’s breakfast, a lasagna lunch, a potluck supper with a program. Click here for upcoming events.
• Wednesday Lunch Bunch. On alternating Wednesdays, a group gathers at noon in the Pastor’s Study to have lunch and visit. Everyone brings their own lunch; tea and dessert are provided.
• All-Church Retreat. Periodically, we go on an overnight retreat to Grotonwood (a retreat center in Groton, Massachusetts). The retreat is for all ages, and features a wide range of programs, worship and workshops, along with plenty of free time.
• Book Discussion group. We meet monthly in someone's home to discuss selected books -- fiction, biography, and books that help us understand our world.
• Coffee and Conversation. This new group of parents meets twice a month for fellowship and sharing. Parents are invited to bring their children along to play.
• Wednesday night Bible Study. This group meets on the second and fourth Wednesday nights for study, fellowship, and reflection.
• Special Events. Our Special Events have included a Village Fair, with food, great music, a magic show for children, crafts, a bake table, a Mission booth, and a yard sale; a Dinner and Silent Auction; a Decadent Dessert Auction, and more.
• “Make A Difference” Days. Several times a year, we gather on a Saturday morning to beautify our grounds and our buildings, followed by a pizza lunch.
• Yard Sale. In the fall, we offer the wider community a chance to recycle old treasures and discover new ones.
