The use of star words, also called “star gifts,” is a prayer practice connected to Epiphany and the new year. A guiding word or intention is chosen by each participant to focus their prayer and reflection as they enter the new year. How is God moving through, around or in connection to that word in our lives and in the world around us? Come to find community and comfort around the fire pit, share and pray surrounded by music and the mid-winter beauty of our campus at Edwards Church. Join us at 5:00 p.m. for fellowship around the circle followed by worship at 5:30 p.m. If the weather permits, we’ll gather outside in front of Jonathan House. Should there be cold or inclement weather, we will move to Susan Dickerman Hall and all services can be live streamed on Zoom. Please feel free to invite others to join us. We look forward to being together. In the meantime, may you be safe and well and surrounded by God’s love.
