Faith Formation for May
In this Easter season, we will build upon the Easter assurance that hope is alive by accepting God’s invitation to be part of “nurturing hope.” We will plant seeds of hope in many forms! When the weather is good, we will plant our herb boxes!
Sunday, May 4 – Intergenerational Worship with Communion
Our young people will participate in bringing in the light, an interactive message, a craft in the pray ground, receiving the offering, and Holy Communion, as we tell the story of breakfast on the beach.
Sunday, May 11 – In Sue Dickerman Hall with Ms. Myrna
Our young people will begin in worship as we reflect on the 23rd Psalm and Jesus as the Good Shepherd.
Sunday, May 18 – In the pray ground
Our young people will remain in worship for the service, centered on Jesus’ new commandment to love one another.
Sunday, May 25 – In Sue Dickerman Hall with Ms. Myrna
Our young people will begin in worship, then move into Sue Dickerman Hall for a lesson.
