For the month of November, we continue our exploration of a wide range of ways to participate in making music for our worship.
- On November 2, Jane Ezbicki will accompany the chancel choir on violin, with a choral setting of “I Sing a Song of the Saints of God.”
- On November 9, a trio (Martha Coleman, Kelly Lopez, and Sarah Whiteman) will offer “Light of a Clear Blue Morning,” by the Wailin’ Jenny’s.
- On November 16, the Chancel Choir will offer a new piece based on the famous Emily Dickinson poem, “Hope is the thing with feathers.”
- On November 23, the Chancel Choir will offer a traditional Thanksgiving favorite, “Thanks Be to God Forever.”
- On November 30, you are invited to join in as the Rise-Up Choir offers “Be Not Afraid.”
Every Sunday, we will continue to invite the Morning Glory choir to come up to lead hymns – no rehearsal, no rising early, just bringing the glory of our voices!
