For the season of Advent and Christmas, we continue offering a wide range of ways to make and enjoy music.
- Throughout Advent, we will learn and sing a new hymn, “Angels Among Us,” as we light the Advent Candles.
- On November 30, the Rise Up Choir will offer “Be Not Afraid,” by Bob Dufford, with the opportunity for congregational singing. You are invited to join in by coming at 9 am to rehearse.
- On December 7, the choir will offer the Godspell version of “Prepare Ye.
- On December 14, On the Fence will offer two anthems, along with prelude and postlude music.
- On December 21, we will be joined by brass musicians, enhancing our anthem and carols.
- On December 24, we will all sing lots of Christmas Carols. Amy Plackowski and her mom will offer special music for our Candlelight service at 9 pm.
Every Sunday, we will continue to invite the Morning Glory choir to come up to lead hymns – no rehearsal, no rising early, just bringing the glory of our voices!
