Music in January

As we move into the seasons of Christmas and Epiphany, we continue offering a wide range of ways to make and enjoy music.

  1. On December 28, Kyle Shepherd will lead us in song at our Pajamas, Pancakes, and Prayer brunch worship service.
  2. On January 4, as we celebrate Epiphany with 4 other churches, all are invited to come to Plymouth Church at 9 am to join in a combined choir.
  3. On January 11, our Rise-Up Choir will sing. Come at 9 am to rehearse!
  4. On January 18, as we honor Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King’s life and legacy, the choir will sing a beautiful setting of “Precious Lord, Take My Hand.”
  5. On January 25, we will be blessed with music offered by Willie Sordillo.

Every Sunday, we will continue to invite the Morning Glory choir to come up to lead hymns – no rehearsal, no rising early, just bringing the glory of our voices!

  • No rehearsal on New Years Day!
  • Sunday, January 4 – Epiphany Combined Choir
  • Thursday, January 8 – Choir rehearsal, 7-8
  • Sunday, January 11 – Rise-Up Choir Sings
  • Thursday, January 15 – Choir rehearsal, 7-8 pm
  • Sunday, January 18 – Chancel choir sings
  • Thursday, January 22 – Possible Choir rehearsal, 7-8 pm
  • Sunday, January 25 – Special Music offered by Willie Sordillo
