Special Offering for March – Pasta Collection
Our special offering for March will be collecting another 1,000 boxes of pasta to support A Place to Turn. Since our Lenten theme is Nourishing Community: Body, Mind, and Spirit, this is a perfect way to help nourish the bodies and spirits of our fellow local neighbors.
APTT still has an increased clientele, serving around 1,000 people a month. One of the things that is a staple for their clients is pasta, which they need to resupply each month. Again, this year, several churches in our area have selected a month to meet this need and Edwards selected March.
You may bring one-pound boxes of pasta to the church, or you can donate money to buy pasta. We did it in October and surely, we can do it again!
