Recipe for Hope
1 cup compassion
1 cup justice
1 cup humility
1 cup forgiveness
1 cup self-forgiveness
2 cups gratitude
4 cups of love
Pinch of salt
Sugar (sweeten to taste)
A few tears
Laughter (no limit)
Combine the ingredients and mix well. Bake for a lifetime. Serve to everyone you meet (and everyone you don’t). When you come to the bottom of the bowl, add more love. Always, more love.
