Mats, cushions and blankets are available, but you are welcome to bring your own or participate from a chair. Think about how you can be most comfortable for the 50-minute session.
Registration is required. Please click here to sign-up.
Suggested payment of $10-$25; pay as you are able.
Leo offers yoga to help us live a balanced and empowered life and sound healing sessions to invite healing and bring joy.
Writing for Healing
Tuesdays, October 6, 13, 20, and 27 – 1-2 pm in Edwards Hall
Through weekly writing exercises and prompts, program leader Jackie Harris will offer an open and safe environment to express yourself, find personal balance, and shape new narratives.
The intent of this series is to experience expressive writing as a way of healing. While writing may not cure it, it can heal, according to scientific studies. Especially in this time of great uncertainty, writing, and sharing our stories with others on parallel paths will be a way to reclaim our voices and reconnect with our lives.
Sharing is encouraged but not mandatory.
Suggested donation of $20 per session, more if you can, less if you can’t.
