Veterans Appreciation Dinner
Sunday, November 8 – 5-7 pm, at Plymouth Church
Together with our friends from Open Spirit, the Plymouth Church, the Framingham Rotary, and MutualOne Bank, we are honoring area veterans and their families with a special meal. If you are a veteran, we hope you will attend!
Our guest speaker this year is Peter DiMarzio. Peter is Volunteer Coordinator at Unity Farms Sanctuary, where he is developing special programming for veterans, enabling healing through connection with animals.
Peter is a veteran of the United States Air Force (Desert Storm) and worked for Homeland Security fighting human trafficking and child exploitation. He is a great storyteller, and he is passionate about the healing power of being with animals.
We need lots of volunteers to support this meal: folks to help with set-up, serving, and clean-up, and many plates of homemade finger-food desserts! Watch for details and sign-ups!
